Carburetor Rebuild Rates (Labor Only)

Labor includes complete teardown, cleaning, inspection of all internals, and reassembly. Parts/rebuild kits are billed separately.

Single Carb $125 Common on tractors, thumpers, and Harleys

Double (Twin) Carbs $250 Common on vintage Triumphs or Honda twins.

Triple Carbs $375 Vintage triples (e.g., Triumph Trident, Kawasaki H1).

Quad Carbs $500 Inline-fours (e.g., Honda CB750, Suzuki GS models).

Includes: Oil/filter change, spark plug replacement, air filter cleaning/replacement, cable lubrication, and general once over.

Basic Tune-Up: $220 + Parts

Add $100 for valve clearance checks on overhead cam engines.

Annual Service: $175 – $300 + Fluids/Filters

Includes greasing all zerk fittings and checking gearbox/differential levels.

Push Mower/Snowblower: $125 + Parts

Riding Mower/Lawn Tractor: $250 + Parts

Solvent Tank/Ultrasonic Cleaning: $35 – $50 per unit

Best for greasy parts that don't need finish removal.

Media Blasting (Glass Bead/Sand):

Billed in 15-minute increments ($20–$30) for small batches of parts.
